Nice place, bad host

The accommodation is nice, good location and modern features. The host was really rude and kinda useless, we paid for 2 lots of extra cleaning and it was only cleaned once and we had to prompt the host on multiple occasions for it to happen. We stayed for 3 weeks and were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper and 4 coffee pods. We also left a belonging in the apartment by accident and tried to contact the host twice and we were just ignored. Like I said it's a nice apartment, but the host is arrogant and dishonest so I'd reconsider if you really want to give them your money
