Amazing stay! Ming was very responsive and helpful. The location was great, relatively close to two train stations. Plenty of food choices around as well.

Property owner was first class and very responsive. She even came over to check in on us. Location was very convenient - it was great being about 1/2 mile from the train station on the Yamanote line. 7/11 and another market with fresh fruits and vegetables were 3-4 min walk. I would stay again.

A fantastic spot to spend a week in Tokyo - great location approx 10-15 min walk from Ebisu and Hiro-o station so very well connected. Compact but comfortable living space and kitchen - well appointed bathroom. We did have an odd request to stay away from the neighbours as they didn’t like foreigners however this did not impact our stay at all and we did not meet said neighbour.We would happy stay here again

Fantastic location in Shibuya, conveniently close to the bustling city center yet just a few metro stops away. We adored its tranquil ambiance, coupled with ample opportunities for dining and entertainment.

Great Tokyo lovation

I was traveling with my three teenage daughters. Spent 6 nights here at the end of a three week trip. There are four bedrooms, each with their own AC control. The kitchen/living area was great to hang out together, but everyone also had their own space to sleep. The neighborhood is quiet but really close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The owner was super responsive. Great experience

Tokyo property

This property was perfect for our group of 5. Everyone had their own bed and there were a few extras. Note, it is 4 stories with a narrow stairway. Home was clean and newly renovated. Communication with host was spotty after booking but she really came through in helping us get our MyFi delivered when we arrived. Note, the listing states three toilets. There are only TWO. Also, it is about 13 minutes walk from the closest train station, and 19 minutes by train to shibuya crossing. The proximity in the listing is time by car. If you want a central location, this is not. Lastly, another key amenity was having a full size washer/dryer. This one was XL sized. However, the dryer was spotty. A few pieces of our clothing shrunk. Overall, it met our needs.

We had a pleasant stay here although because Tokyo is an amazing city, spent most of our waking hours out and about. Location is excellent, close to two stations and a bus line. Several konbini within a short walk along with plenty of restaurants. Couple things to be aware of: - Of the “two bathrooms” in the listing, one is a toilet only. There is only one actual bathing room in the house, so use judgement depending on the size of your party. - The stairs connecting the four levels are steep. If you struggle with stairs, that may be a concern. That said, the home is peaceful and quiet, with the basics needed for simple home meals, and served our needs well for our 5-night stay.

We stayed 5 nights (5 guests 2 guest one night) and need to raise several serious issues that made our stay uncomfortable:Photos/descriptions did not show the true pictures. One 4th-floor bedroom has a very low ceiling (140 cm / 55 in) with no warning; several guests hit their faces. This is a safety concern and should be clearly disclosed.Closets and drawers were filled with clutter and heavy dust, so we couldn't use any drawers to store clothes. We felt like staying in a storage room rather than a rental. Many surfaces (tops of stove, around the sink, windows, blinds, inside drawers) were heavily dust-covered. We had to buy cleaning supplies immediately due to dust allergies. Floors/stairs appeared vacuumed, but the rest needed a deep clean. No English instructions for the washing machine and hot water system, despite the listing being in English; this made using these difficult.Listing photos and description were inaccurate. One 4th-floor bedroom has a very low ceiling (140 cm / 55 in) with no warning — several guests hit their heads. The house was heavily dust-covered (stove, sink area, windows, blinds, drawers, closets full of clutter) — we had to clean after arrival due to dust allergies. No English instructions for washer or hot-water system. Host should disclose the low ceiling, provide English instructions, and arrange a deep clean.

The property was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and dated cleaning records and photographs have been provided to the platform. The home was also unoccupied between June 5 and June 12 due to scheduled window repair work, and no other guests stayed in the property during that period. The fourth-floor loft-style room is shown in the listing photos. As with many traditional Japanese houses, certain areas have lower ceilings, and we will continue reviewing our listing description to ensure this is as clear as possible for future guests. We take cleanliness and guest feedback seriously and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience.
