Lake View House with Beautiful 4.5 Acres to Explore
This spacious, well-loved home has been in our family for years. We are so humbled and pleased to be able to share this home with you. It is filled with wonderful memories of raising our children in, and we hope you will get to enjoy it with your families too. The land on the property is well-worth exploring; in the summer months, is the most fruitful land in Camas (if you ask us), and in the cold months, the luscious greenery is the true definition of the PNW!
No cats. Max 2 dogs.

Beautiful lake view of Lacamas Lake right across the street for those who like to walk and enjoy the views but may have mobility or sight complications. There are also hiking & biking trails in Lacamas Park.
Heritage Trail is a wonderful, paved trail following the south shore of the lake across Everett Street,

Acorn & The Oak (cocktail bar & restaurant) - 1 block
Piccolo Coffee Shop - downtown Camas
Camas Market & Bakery (fresh produce & bakery store) - 2 blocks
Private Hot Tub in detached barn just a short pathway walk from the house.
Acres of land on property that is open for your exploration!
There are multiple fire pits on the property that are available for use, must pick up your own propane if you want to use.
Gas fireplace is available to use. This has a timer function and will turn off after some time.
‘Back patio’ door leads right into the dining room that seats up to 6 comfortably.
Through the dining room is the kitchen that includes everything you need to cook your entire family a home-cooked meal.
Off both sides of the kitchen, you’ll find two separate living rooms, one with a tv and one for socializing. Board games are found in the cabinet directly across from the stairs leading downstairs.
Remaining on the upper floor is one cozy bedroom and an adjacent full bathroom.
Heading downstairs leads to a cozy basement living space, the grey couch pulls out into a full bed and further in leads to another living space with a cute, teal blue chair that grows into a single bed as well. Extra sheets are foudn in the closet adjacent. Past that is the other bathroom.
You will also find two additional bedrooms and the laundry room for guest use.
No public transit.
Easily accessible to third party driver companies.
Would recommend having your own vehicle since this is a bit of a ways out of town.
Absolutely NO smoking on property, charges will be applied if necessary
Regrettably, we cannot accommodate cats due to allergies.
Max number of dogs: 2
Parking on concrete driveway only. During the rainy season, vehicles may get stuck in the grass/mud.
Please pick up after your dog(s), extra damage / clean up charges will be applied if necessary. Also, the entire land is
fenced in but if your dog likes to explore, he/she will find a way out, please keep an eye on your pup(s)!
The stairs inside the home are quite steep, please keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues (there is one bedroom on the main floor with the living room/kitchen so it is still accessible should you choose to stay here!)
There is a black wood stove in the living room, this is not to be used. Thank you for understanding.
The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
