This condo is fully equipped with top of the line appliances in a custom designed kitchen, Nespresso machine, all your kitchen needs, and an exceptionally comfortable eat in bar top marble island.

Includes high speed Internet, Smart Media 55" Flatscreen TV, lots of board games & decks of cards for in-condo entertainment.

This quiet corner unit offers a stunning view of Lake Simcoe, the courtyard, pool, hot tub and and Nature Preserve. It also includes a private patio equipped with an electric BBQ and string lights.

Have the best sleep on our Endy mattresses provided with the softest organic bamboo sheets. Both bedrooms offer striking feature walls and are fitted with black out blinds and portable table fans for your sleeping needs.

The king master bedroom has a full ensuite bath with glass shower soaker tub. Enjoy the waffle shawl robes, provided in both bedrooms.

The outdoor hot tub (year long) and outdoor pool (Seasonal) are located on the ground floor outside of this building. The Highpoint building is the only condo to offer both a pool and hot tub at its premises. They are located outside on the ground floor outside of this building. There is a bathroom located nearby with change rooms, shower, and toilet. There is no lifeguard on duty. Bring your own sandals or flip flops. There are bathrobes located in the closet for your use – enjoy!

TV - Media Smart TV is set up for Media Sharing with your devices. Cable Pkg is not offered. If preferred, Streaming Platforms are preloaded and you can login with your own account.

Friday Harbour Resort Amenities:

Friday Harbour offers an array of recreational activities such as fishing & boating, walking trails in a 200 acre nature preserve, exquisite dining at multiple lakeside restaurants, shopping at the promenade, swimming, hot tubbing, and golfing at the Nest. Be sure to stop in at the welcome centre (located on main drag) to learn about activities and events during your stay.

The Friday Harbour Welcome Centre is located on the Boardwalk and is open: 8am - 8pm 7 days a week.

Events - The resort also hosts a number of events all year round, such as an annual Christmas Market. Check out the calendar of events hosted by the Resort on the Friday Harbour website.

Nature Preserve - A full one-third of the 600-acre Resort has been dedicated as a Nature Preserve. With trails and bridged streams, there’s plenty to discover by foot or bike in winter, spring, summer, and fall.

Watercraft Rentals - Guests are able to rent everything from jet skis to paddle boards. Rent for 2 hours, half day or an entire day and discover all Lake Simcoe has to offer! .

Beach Club - Operates from May to September. Passes for access to the Beach Club pool, loungers and splash pad are available for $25 per Adult or $10 per child for a 2hr. period. You can make your reservation in person at the Welcome Centre the day of the reservation.

Beach Access - There’s a small beach area for swimming at Lake Simcoe (next to the Beach Club). A Chair and Umbrella is available for rent through the Recreation Centre ($35 + tax for the day). Note: The designated area with the lounge chairs are for members use only.

Recreation Centre - various activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, corss country skiing, volleyball, tennis, basketball, life size jenga etc. are available for rent at the Recreation centre next to the Beach Club.

Dine - recommend booking reservations with restaurant(s) in advance to ensure your bookings are accommodated. One week in advance is recommended during holidays and weekends and in high season (summer).

Grocery Store- There is also a grocery store called FH Fine foods, where you can pick up groceries to cook your own meal in our fully equipped kitchen.

Golf - The Nest is an award winning18 hole golf course open for public play every day. Book your tee time in advance and enjoy a semi-private golf experience. There is also a golf simulator at the Clubhouse during off season

Marina - Guests can also bring their boats. The marina is available 7 days a week, and provides docking assistance, fueling assistance, showering and laundry facilities and more.
