There is plenty of space in the secured carport/driveway to fit two cars. There is also a powerpoint with extension cord to allow for electric vehicle charging.
Cottesloe Beach is a short 10-15 minute walk from the property through the iconic Norfolk Pine lined streets. This property is also a short 10 minute walk to Grant St Train Station. Cottesloe is conveniently located halfway between Perth and Fremantle. It’s 7km away from the famous Fremantle Harbour and about 14 kilometres (8.7 miles), or less than 30 minutes drive, from Perth city centre.
Trains run from Perth Station to Cottesloe Station or Grant St station every 15 minutes and get you there in less than 20 minutes on the Fremantle Line.
This townhouse sits in a group of 4. Please be mindful of our neighbours and be respectful and kind as we a share common driveway access in the rear parking garage. If you need any assistance we are just around the corner to help.
