Separate entrance, comfortable queen sized bed with luxury linens, a kitchenette area with a counter-top stove element, convection oven, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and other kitchen essentials. High Speed Internet, and TV with Roku, Netflix, and local channels, heating/AC unit. Full bathroom and walk in closet. Available to rent by the night, week, or month.

Great little place to stay

Nice set up in the guest house, had some things like bottled water and coffee we could have. Great set up for dogs with a fenced in yard for them to explore. Nice host, and we greatly enjoyed our stay and the ability it gave us to come and go as we pleased.

A great stay!

This was a beautiful place to stay and ot was a perfect location for us! We went to the NASCAR race and spent a day in Sedona. We'd definitely come back the next time we visit!! Very clean, everything you may need was suppled. Joanne was amazing!!

Easy in and out to airport

Great host that supplies what we needed to explore Phoenix area and quick drive back to car rental at Sky Harbor Airport. Would suggest bringing your own pillow. We plan on staying here again.

Perfect for singles, or a couples getaway!

This was my first time using Vrbo and, as a single 20 something traveling alone, safety was a priority. The guesthouse was in a nice neighborhood, and offered all the amenities I needed for a week long trip near downtown Phoenix. Joanne was very lovely and was easy to reach, I cannot thank her enough for letting me stay!

Perfect for us.

Perfect fit for my and my pup, Miss Morgan. Nice little studio and cozy fenced yard with gated entry, making it super easy to come and go as you please without feeling like you’re bothering anyone. Joanne was an ideal host for us and made us feel right at home for much longer than originally expected while I looked for a place of our own. Thank you Joanne.

Independent living quarters in quiet area

We spent 3 weeks in Joanne’s guest house. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were good quality and were replaced weekly. The cottage was as advertised but could use some TLC. The ceiling fan and light weren’t working, and nothing was done to remedy this. The kitchen chairs need some repair, as does one of the outdoor chairs. The dresser drawers wouldn’t slide in and out very well. We were pleased with the kitchen amenities:: new toaster/convection oven, good coffee maker and hot plate. In general, we were happy with our stay and Joanne was always available.

This guest house was as described. It was nothing fancy, but perfect for one or two people needing a home base. It was 15 minutes or less to get to everywhere I wanted to go. Lighting could be improved, but it was clean and had everything I needed.

I had a wonderful stay in Joanne‘s guest house. It was perfect for my needs; Centrally located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with access to all the major highways and just 15 minutes from Sky Harbor. Joanne was very responsive to questions and anything I needed. She also had some great recommendations for eateries and coffee shops nearby. I look forward to my next visit and will rent from her again.

Nice place to stay for a few days

The hostess provides nice amenities like K-cups, tea bags, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, etc. You also have your own heating/cooling system. You have everything you need to cook meals, a refrigerator, burner, freezer, microwave, and plates, cups, silverware. Negative: Hostess was hard to reach. I didn't get my check-in instructions until the day before my trip. I then emailed the hostess with some questions I had and never received a response. While there, I called her twice and never got a reply. The only time I was able to talk to her was if I happened to see her in the yard.

My stay was very welcoming and relaxing. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood and easy access to the freeway to go places. The yard was nice for my two dogs, they enjoyed playing in the fenced, grass yard. And Joanne was very quick to respond with any questions or needs. She was a great host.
