The space was just perfect for our family. Overall it was clean when we got there other than some hair in the shower and some dried rice on the kitchen floor. We had a slight problem with the shower rod falling down and the host came and fixed it right away. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet getaway and I hope to make it back when I can stay a bit longer.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights while he fished the MLF Championships on Grand Lake. It was a great location, quiet, and the home has every amenity imaginable! We travel a lot and this was the most beautiful home with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, tons of space for working remotely and beautiful sunsets and private airport right in their backyard! We will definitely be staying again!

Fantastic Home!

The house was fantastic and everyone had a great time. The house was spacious and bright and virtually brand new. All the furniture and appliances were new, the beds were terrific and everything was ultra clean. The only disappointment was that there was no washer and dryer. Really? A brand new half million dollar plus home with no washer and dryer? In fairness the listing did not state that the home had them but again, really? I reached out to the property "contact" several days before our trip to specifically inquire about the washer and dryer situation but received no response. Consequently we all packed accordingly taking extra clothes just in case and we were glad that we did. A couple other minor issues were that the lights over the bar area did not work nor did the ceiling fan on the patio or the exhaust fan in the half bathroom. The house only had a single car garage that was extremely small which again seemed odd for a house of this size and quality but there were several other similar new homes in the neighborhood that had the same size garage so.... There is a regional airport airstrip a couple hundred yards from the backyard/patio which might bother some people but we found it quite entertaining watching the aircraft land and takeoff throughout the day. There is also a road that's only about ten feet from the backyard fence and maybe twenty feet from the patio that is the access road to the marina and very busy. We would definitely stay here again.
