In the middle of a romantic park of 8000m2, close to the Canal du Midi and just over an hour from the Mediterranean Sea; come and experience a few days of sharing in an old mill renovated for your comfort and for a maximum of 17 people in the house. You will have the entire area equipped for great conviviality. (6 double rooms with toilet and shower, 1 single room with toilet and shower, 1 studio for 4 people with toilet and shower) a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, guest toilets, a balcony, a large terrace, a swimming pool private beach, a private beach along the Fresquel river, a Boulodrôme, parking for 7 cars and free WILAN. A pleasant 60 m2 room with a beautiful atmosphere invites you to do Yoga. No group under 30 years old on average. Corona requirements must be observed. Prices: minimum two-night rental for 17 people; €450 per night excluding tourist tax (€1 per person per night) with party room of 60 m2 included, sheets and towels €120 (on request), cleaning €150, for 2 more people optional in the pavilion for €30 per night excluding tourist tax, deposit: €500
