Eat-in Kitchen and front to back Living Room where everyone can gather to watch tv, play games, sunbathe on the large deck or have a cornhole tournament. After a day of sun at close-by Ridgevale Beach, you can rinse off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower and then play with the dog in the fully fenced-in backyard or take her for a walk on the CC Rail Trail with access directly thru the back yard! (maximum two dogs) $150 pet fee will be added to the lease. Welcome bag included with paper and cleaning products, compliments of the owner.
