Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, ensuring complete privacy and comfort throughout their stay.

Please refrain from using the stairs in the backyard as they are currently off limits. We kindly request that our guests avoid climbing them.

It is mandatory to present a valid ID to the security personnel upon arrival, in order to gain access to the property. This measure is in place to provide a secure and enjoyable experience for all guests at the Grand Island Villa.
Other things to note
For larger groups or families, we have the perfect solution. Right next door to the Grand Island Villa is the Paradise Island Villa, which can accommodate an additional 8 guests. This allows two families to stay side by side, creating a truly memorable vacation experience.

The Villa has an air purifier and dehumidifier. We understand the importance of clean and fresh air, and have thoughtfully provided these appliances to enhance your well-being during your stay. 

There is an additional fee per guest, per night after 6 guests.

We offer airport pick-up and drop-off services upon request, at an additional cost.

A personal chef is available upon request for an additional cost.

Water or Electricity Issues: Such disruptions can occur due to maintenance work or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
