About this property
Sunny 3rd Floor Apartment Near Wellington & Metro
About this space
This is a spacious 1000 sq. ft. apartment originally built in 1907. It's situated 1 block away from the Verdun metro station, 2 blocks away from Verdun beach, and 1 block away from Rue Wellington which was just named the best street in the world by Timeout magazine.
The apartment is on the third floor right behind a maple tree and gets a lot of diffused natural light in the morning. Sitting in the living room will feel like sitting under a tree. Sunsets can be fully seen from the kitchen area.
The space
The space has been decorated to have a mid-century modern look which fits the character of the building well. There's a private gym with everything you need to workout. The electronics in the living room are all high fidelity with a 65" QLED TV and a complete surround sound set up. The bedroom's queen bed can be adjusted using a remote so you can make yourself comfortable to watch TV or work. The office includes a 2 monitor, keyboard, and mouse configured with a USB-C dock so you can plug in your laptop.
Other things to note
"With one of the city’s best restaurants at one end, and one of the best new restaurants at the other—plus a slew of bars, cult coffee shops and family-friendly spots in between—there’s no questioning a street’s cool factor. Throw in a tuk-tuk service and a sandy beach smack in the middle, and you’ve arrived on Rue Wellington in Montreal." - Timeout Magazine
