The Homesteader Retreat
Located only 8.5 miles east of Monticello, Utah. Come stay in this adorable cabin and experience the beautiful wild west! The Homesteader Cabin is one of a handful of small unique cabins located on a wheat farm. Cabin has one queen bed and one full sized futon. Heaters to keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in summer. Kitchenette, full sized fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Electric kettle and instant coffee. A private bathroom. Cabin shares a wall with other renters.
This cabin has an electric kettle for boiling water, instant coffee, creamer, sugar, salt and pepper.
*AC units provided during summer heat months are multiple portable units.
