The recreation area can be shared with other guests if the other house is rented.

The space:
This property is quite large and has 3 houses on it.

The main house features a living room with two distinct areas, a dining room, two suites (accommodating up to 9 people), a powder room, a breakfast nook, a large kitchen, and a large veranda with a table for 8 people.

The second house is Casa do Rio, located near the river access, a 5-minute walk from the main house. It has two double suites with independent entrances, a small but functional kitchen, a mezzanine with an additional single bed, a pool table, and a covered veranda with a table for four.

The third house is the caretaker's house, where he lives with his wife and two daughters, who will be welcoming you.

You can rent one or both houses.
If you want the entire property to yourself, you have to rent both houses.

There is no place so beautiful, preserved, full of peace and birdsong.

The property has 48,000m2 of preserved green area, bordered by the Bonito River, with crystal-clear waters where you can swim, right from within the property.
It has lakes with fish, an orchard, and an organic vegetable garden.
Private car access right to the front door of the house.
The house is fully equipped with insect screens.
A portable, playpen-style cot is available.
