Your kitchen awaits - coffee machine, air fryer, and all the essentials - plus complimentary fresh eggs, bread, coffee, honey, and more. Fire up the BBQ for summer feasts and indulge in effortless holiday dining.

If you decide to venture out, you can explore the quaint charm of local villages such as Mirboo North and Leongatha, only 15 minutes away, where local culture, cafes and hospitality beckon.

One of THE BEST places we've stayed

What an absolutely amazing place to stay for the night. Loved the warm fire on a chilly night along with the old record player, cozy bed, waking up to the beautiful birds singing and delicious fresh produce for brekkie. No detail has been spared; this is one of the best places we've stayed. A beautifully renovated old school, highly recommend!

What a beautiful place. Gorgeously renovated historical one room school house with so many provided inclusions. The fresh bread and eggs from the chickens were deilicious as well as the sweets and snacks that were provided. The facilities are immaculate and very comfortable. Would return in a heart beat!
