We chose the Los Corales/El Cortecito area because it offers the perfect balance of a relaxed tropical setting and everyday convenience. Los Corales/Bávaro Beach is only an 8–10 minute walk away, while restaurants, cafés, beach clubs, shops and grocery options are all close by. We especially love being able to enjoy so much of the area on foot without needing a car, while still having the privacy and security of the gated Corte Sea community.
