Living room- has 1 pullout sleeping sofa -full size.High ceilings!

Please note Blue Lagoon #2 does not have dishwasher in the kitchen.

100.00 fee per pet, with proof of vet docs is required! Max 3 pets

Valid ID has to be provided and rental agreement to be signed prior arrival

Garage area is not available and is being converted to a game room.

Check In and Check out times are strictly enforced
No parties, any decorations unless approved in advance and fee paid
No extra visitors or extra over night guests unless approved and fee paid
No pets unless approved and fee paid and vet docs provided
No pets on beds or couches
No trailers/RV unless approved
Use of boat lift must be approved in advance and fee paid.
Keep premises clean at all times
No loud music at all times
If you break anything report immediately.
No food in bedrooms
If you are rude and disrespectful you will be removed from the premises immediately with no refund.
No Smoking or Vaping or use of any drugs is allowed inside or outside
Dispose trash/recycle properly

If any and All of the rules and regulations that are set in the agreement and self check in instructions and in the additional rules are not observed, we reserve the right depending on violation:
to cancel the booking with no refund and you must vacate the premises immediately
forfeit of deposit.
