Great family trip with everything needed in the house. The house location was perfect for us with visits to Mount Beauty, Bright and Beechworth. The Alpacas next door and the birds really made our trip.

Great spot for the rod run. Loved that there was a double garage that was usable to keep the cars in over night 👌 would definitely stay again if returning for the rod run.
Cosy and warm, wood heater and generous supply of wood was great. Beds comfy. Well fenced yard, dog loved it! Could do with a few more amenities, tv can be hit or miss, dvd not working. In general place could do with a little tlc but it appears it may still be a works in progress, don’t let this put you off, we still enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house for holiday with extended family. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Fire kept grandparents warm of an evening and the kids loved hanging out playing table tennis in the shed. Location was perfect with easy access to the bike path and a short drive from Bright. Lovely garden and the property was clean and tidy. We’d love to return!

Thankyou Stonehaven and Bright for a lovely few day. Stonehaven is an ideal place to unwind and relax. The location, just out of Bright, was perfect, providing opportunity for walks along the meandering creek and to appreciate the natural backdrop. The house and facilities had plenty of space for a few families to spend some quality time together. The shed featuring the table tennis table was a hit with everyone and provided fun when the weather was less than favourable

Stonehaven offered a wonderful family home away from home with plenty of firewood, linen, bedding & kitchen crockery & essential kitchen supplies. The house has a lovely warmth & is an easy 6 minute drive into Bright.
My only few recommendations is more fire kindling should be provided as there was hardly enough for one night, fire was not set upon arrival, that would be a welcoming touch to consider and check out of 10am is harsh given check-in is not until 3pm. Normally places offer a 10am / 2pm or 11am / 3pm timeframe for check in and out.
Overall, a wonderful stay with my partner, children and sister’s family.

Excellent family get together, cabin was well set up with wood fire for cosy nights. Proximity less than 10min drive to Bright. Kitchen could do with upgrade of pots and pans and BBQ was very rusty so we couldn’t use it. Otherwise I would highly recommend as cabin was comfortable and clean. The fact we could bring our dogs with us on holiday makes all the difference. We took lovely walks along the river and the mornings in the mountains is breathtaking.
