If you have stayed at our sister cottage next door then you will love this cottage as they are the same. Welcome to the Quarter Deck, your private, Old Florida-style beachfront escape in the tranquil Painter’s Hill neighborhood of Flagler Beach. Perched right on the edge of the cinnamon-colored sand, this rustic 1950s cottage delivers unmatched oceanfront access at an unbeatable price. It’s cozy, quirky, and full of charm—perfect for travelers who crave authenticity and direct connection to Florida’s natural coastal beauty.



**IMPORTANT: There will be a beach nourishment along our coastline potentially starting Summer 2026. Certain areas may be blocked off while working. Construction equipment, noise, and temporary beach access restrictions may occur during your stay. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that this may take place.
