Excellent

The house was beautiful and exactly as described on line. Location and neighborhood is terrific. Great walking trail to parks with easy access from the end of the street was a bonus. A couple of minor problems were addressed and communication was excellent. We were a family of 8 adults and the only suggestion we would make is to change out the dining room and chairs which seats 6 to accommodate at least 8 people so guests can have meals or play cards/ games together. Thank you and we will use your company again!

Great Stay Near Ballpark

Group of 8 adult males stayed here for a friend get together to catch a couple ballgames and play some golf, Friday to Sunday.House was as advertised and accurate from the pictures. A few things did come up that are worth mentioning.1) The spacers were broken so we couldn’t use them. Sounds like the previous guests caused the issue so there was not time to notify us. They offered to come service the jets but we could tell it was not going to be a quick fix so we passed.2) to operate the pool and spa heat you have to walk around the back of the house, dark and narrow, to manually turn valves and/or set temp. This is incredibly inconvenient. An app or wall mounted control is badly needed to match the luxury of the house.2) The master bathroom sinks are very tall. It’s not a deal breaker but if you are under 5’-10” I think you might have trouble?3) The house is very nice and new, so there aren’t a ton of cooking conveniences left by guests or stocked by the owner. If you plan to cook you’ll have to get all your own stuff.Otherwise we had a great time and would recommend this place for luxury and location convenience. We walked to downtown to eat.

Thank you for your detailed review, Nathan! We’re glad to hear that you had a great time and enjoyed the luxury and convenience of the house and location. We appreciate you bringing up the issues you encountered, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken spa spacers and the manual pool and spa controls. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll be looking into solutions to improve these aspects for future guests. We also appreciate the note about the master bathroom sinks and the kitchen supplies—your input will help us better meet the needs of future visitors. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback, and we’d love to host you and your group again in the future! - GoodNight Stay
