Our house is large and in a quiet suburban area, so is ideal for families to stay and spread out while in Toowoomba for stays longer than is tolerable in a motel room.
We live in Western Queensland, and found visiting our children at boarding school became a stressful and expensive experience of finding accommodation and things to do. We have created a comfortable family space where we can relax and spend time together (or apart!), and we hope your family will enjoy it as much as ours does.
While children are more than welcome, please note that our beautiful fireplace does get very hot to touch, so may not be completely suitable for small children during the cooler months.
We welcome outside pets by prior arrangement. Please note that an additional fee may be payable if your pet has been inside, or causes any damage.
Our amazing house boasts: > Well equipped kitchen so you can enjoy home cooked meals if you like. > Cosy lounge room with fireplace and comfy chairs for curling up with a book. > TV room for enjoying Netflix, Stan and Free to Air TV. > Large rumpus room with reverse cycle air conditioning, board games, Wii and TV with Netflix, Stan and Free to Air TV. > 4 large bedrooms, all with ceiling fans: 1. Double bed 2. 2 x single beds 3. 2 x single beds 4. Queen bed with walk in wardrobe and ensuite. > Family bathroom with separate bath. > Beautiful outdoor area with barbeque and seating for ten. > Lush backyard with a cubby and space to play the provided outdoor games. > Plenty of space to be together or for time apart. > Unlimited wi-fi throughout the house. > Under cover, lock up two car garage, suitable for four-wheel drives.
Other amenities provided include: > Tea and coffee making facilities. > Simple breakfast items to get you started. > Bottled spring water. > Basic pantry needs (oil, salt, pepper, etc). > 2 charging stations available if you've forgotten your own. > Early check in or late check out may be available, so please reach out to see if we can accommodate your needs.
Our house is not perfect, but it is very family friendly and we are sure you'll love your time there.
For longer stays (2 weeks or more), we offer a weekly light clean and linen change.

Thank you for staying with us while you attended the Toowoomba Show, Kathryn. We’re pleased our proximity to the showgrounds was convenient for you and your family. Please consider booking our house again next time you’re in Toowoomba!
The home was clean and roomy, supplied a bulk water dispenser and plenty of water, a large rumpus room, good size bedrooms, dishwasher, excellent wood fire and plenty of wood, close to shops and entertainment, very quiet area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would stay again. Very happy. Good host communication.

In a good area and close to a shopping centre and fast food outlets
Lovely spacious residence. Kitchen very well equipped. 3 sitting areas are a bonus if you came with a big family. Very close to a big shopping complex.

What makes this property unique
We often find accommodation for our large family hard to find, and quite often cramped. We hope our house addresses these problems for your family as it has done ours!
