No air on arrival

The property was perfect all except for the fact that it was 100° outside and the heat was turned on in the condo so it was 84 degrees inside when we walked in, the air downstairs (bedrooms) works great but is slow blowing upstairs in the living area so it took until the next day to reach temp. Also most condos will let you enter a few minutes early for free if it is clean and ready. This did not unlock until 4pm on the dot...... we got there about 30 minutes early because traffic was nice and literally stood outside until it unlocked. So it was obviously ready just no access. Then after standing outside on the heat the heater was on in the unit. Check out at 9 is also very early. Most condos are 10 or 11 especially with check in as late as 4. Happy with the condo not the logistics.
