Cancion del Mar is located in the center of the Isla Verde tourist area, which is within less than 10 minutes from the airport. It fronts directly on the Isla Verde beach and is on the 10th floor, with a fantastic view overlooking the beach and the ocean. You can literally go from your airplane to Cancion del Mar, change and be on the beach in less than 20 minutes! The building has direct access to the beach.

A great number of restaurants, offering anything from local foods to pizzas to sushi and steak houses, and several major casinos are, are within 300 yards, which is easy walking distance. The largest local car rental company, which usually has the best deals on the island, is just around the corner, as is a bank and Walgreens, which is open 24/7. Two supermarkets (also open 24/7) are also close by.

Within walking distance to the unit you can find anything from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, casinos and hotels.

Beautiful view of Isla Verde Beach

Excellent location with parking for those who lie to venture out on the island! The management staff was easily accessible via text. I had a seamless check in and check out process. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay.

Literally steps from the beautiful beach in Isla Verde. If you are concerned about safety don't be. 24/7 security guard and multiple locked doors . Owners provided some food staples which was unexpected. New kitchen, appliances and dishware but needs some bowls for serving, mixing. Beach gear and beach games provided too
