Free internet/wifi access. Isla Verde beach is right behind the condo. This 1 bedroom condo is fully furnished with 1 Queen size bed and a Full size sofa futon bed in the living room. It can sleep 4 people. It features a modern kitchen with appliances and a modern bathroom. The condo has 2 very quiet ( mini split) remote air conditioners, a private pool for guest only, 1 exclusive parking space for peace of mind parking and 24 hour doorman/ security guard. Sorry no pets and/ or smoking allowed in condominium. Condominium Covid 19 procedure may include but not limited to daily temperature checks at front desk and mask wearing in common areas of the complex is mandatory. Great place and location is excellent

Great n friendly staff. Didnt have a car. Location is excellent. 3min walk to beach, and stores all around and close by

Great location

It's a great place for the price. Bed is comfortable. Has a couple Tommy Bahama chairs for the beach and some other items. Nicest beach on the island. Can be on beach in less than 5 minutes including elevator time. Which is also fast and smooth. Nice to be able to leave beach for a snack or bathroom break as the beach does not have facilities. Various restaurant options within 10 min walk, plus lots of fast food. Dedicated and close parking spot is great. Especially on weekends earplug can be handy for sleeping as the 1-4am party (engines, horn, siren, yelling) crowd moves on the street below.

Excellent Location

Great beach location, property is just as described. The property owner was very responsive! The check in process was very smooth, one parking included and very close access to the beach and restaurants.

The condo is great, it has everything you need. The location is amazing, steps from the beach and restaurants! Gabriel answered our questions quickly. We will definitely stay again and recommend it our friends and family.

Excelent locqtion

We enjoyed everything. The only possible improvement that I can think about is additional kitchen utencils. Especially glass bawls for preparing salads, tea kettle (coffee maker is not convinient enough tool).
