Our beautiful two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome is just steps away from Harbourtown. The downstairs has new tile throughout and the kitchen is remodeled with granite countertops, new stove, and microwave. Our spacious end unit villa sleeps five people comfortably. It is located in Stoney Creek directly across from the Sea Pines Tennis Center.

High speed wireless internet access included.

Downstairs is the kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining room, living room, full size washer and dryer, and a half bath. There is a large flatscreen TV in the living room. Sit back and relax on the outside porch while cooking on the gas grill.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with their own private bath and flatscreen TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a newly remodeled bathroom and the second bedroom has a full size and twin bed. Both bedrooms have their own balcony. The entire exterior of the building has been redone and looks great!

Do you love to take a dip after a long day at the beach? Stoney Creek has its own private newly remodeled swimming pool for your enjoyment. Play golf on the three Sea Pines golf courses including Harbourtown Links, ride horses, take a leisurely bike ride on the miles of bikes paths inside of Sea Pines Plantation, or just sit back and relax at the beach.

The Sea Pines trolley stops next to Stoney Creek to take you to the Sea Pines Beach Club where you can enjoy the island’s finest beach and to South Beach Marina for dining and shopping.

Nice place near Harbour Town

This was a great place to straw near Harbour Town. The place was very clean at check in which was nice. Lots of space inside the unit as it is well laid out. Close to the pool which was very nice. Close walk to Harbour Town and the shuttle to the beach. Everything in the unit was in good condition and working. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place but stair rails are 6inches should be 4

Please fix the rails My 6 year old granddaughter was able to put her head and body between them. We told her not to and keep away from them but a toddle would perhaps not listen. Other than that the please was very nice and comfortable.

Great location

The property was nicely maintained and was in a great location. My only complaint is that the spindles in the railing were far enough apart that a small child could fit through, which made us a little nervous.
