The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings make this room very spacious and bright. Access your private patio through the sliding glass doors in the living area. The patio has gorgeous marsh views, a table with seating for 4, and a gas grill. Enjoy dining al-fresco and bird watching while enjoying your morning coffee on your patio.

The 2nd level hosts the bedrooms. The primary suite is outfitted with king bedding and an en-suite bath. This bedroom also has a private deck with stunning marsh views where you can take in the beautiful scenery surrounding you. The second bedroom has two twins and a private bath. This is the perfect villa for small families and golf groups needing a vacation to Hilton Head.

This rates as one of the most enjoyable stays we've had in 40 consecutive years of going to HHI. The villa was superb. It is perhaps the most spacious villa we have ever stayed in. The view from our balcony was fabulous. A great view of the marsh and we were regularly treated to all kinds of wildlife (deer, raccoon, many bird varieties). The villa had everything we could possibly need. If you are considering a stay in Sea Pines, you can't go wrong with this property!

The location was fantastic! Close proximity to the pool, upgraded kitchen, & spacious bedrooms. We had deer as visitors along the back porch most mornings and the bike/beach credit was a perk! Will definitely be back:)

Great Place

Clean, close to the beautiful pool, backyard was pretty. Air conditioning went out- they responded so quick ( it was late evening) had it fixed in no time. Enjoyed the balconies The water maker was fantastic! We didn’t have to buy cases and cases of waters. Very happy with our stay.

Great Property

It was our first time back to Hilton Head in 15 years and we enjoyed every second of our visit here. The property was clean, quiet and in a great location near Harbor Town in Sea Pines. The management team was also very quick to answer calls with a few questions we had and were very friendly. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay in Harbor Town

This was a well located property but needs some upgrades. VERY dangerous for young children. It has stair openings too big for safety and a “window” in the master bedroom, looking down to the tv room. Accident waiting to happen for a young child. There were no cleaning supplies in the house, or hand soap anywhere. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice, but we would not stay here again.

We loved this property, especially the updated kitchen and bathrooms as well as the great location

Overall, great experience renting this property, from the management, to the updated villa, to the wonderful location. The master bedroom mattress and pillows need to be replaced, not very comfortable, but otherwise, the sofa bed and twin beds were great for our kids. I would highly recommend this property, tastefully decorated, beautiful view, close to everything and relaxing community pool.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time in our Stoney Creek condo. It was close enough to the beach club to bike or take the trolley, and super close to Harbor town! The more modern updates to the condo were nice too. I do wish they had more plastic dishes since we had our kids with us, but we made do with what was provided. I wouldn't downgrade the rating just because of that. Overall, great place and great location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations were great. The pool was very nice. The location was perfect for us. Enjoyed walking down to Harbor Town to see the beautiful sunsets. Of course had to have an ice cream. Loved our whole HHI experience.

We really enjoyed staying at this rental property. We have two children ages 10 and 8. The bedroom with the twin beds was perfect for them. We love to stay in Sea Pines when we come to Hilton Head Island and this rental property is in a great location. It is close to the grocery store Harris Teeter and restaurants like Marleys (which is my favorite!). A five minute walk was all it took to get to Harbortown where we enjoyed eating ice cream and letting the kids play at the playground. If available we will definitely stay here again!
