Fred and Nita are great hosts. Very friendly and helpful! Adorable guest cottage. We love relaxing on their dock and watching all the boats on the river. This place is extremely clean and feels very secluded, quiet and safe.

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a very quick two night stay to visit family in the area. Our hosts were very attentive while at the same time allowing for our privacy. The home is secluded, clean and beautiful. It was a relaxing atmosphere within a close drive to restaurants, etc. I definitely will plan to stay here again.

Our stay was the absolute highlight of our trip! The owners were so gracious and respectful. They were on site yet gave us so much privacy. The Studio was adorably decorated and so comfortable. The dock was where we spent nearly every waking moment from coffee to cocktails this was our oasis. The water was so relaxing, lots of wildlife, beautiful boats and breath taking sunsets. We enjoyed the hot tub which sits on the dock and wow what a great way to end our day! The landscaping and flowers were stunning and so tropical.If you want to escape and check out of life this is the place. Close to shopping, restaurants, and breweries should you want to leave this beautiful property. You will literally think you are driving out to the country traveling here. Only an hour from the RSW airport. It is a 10/10!

The property was Not prepared for guests. The owner had closed up and strapped down all furniture and the grill. The hot tub was drained the pool was not usable. The owners are in another state so they had shutdown the property in case of a hurricane.

Hi Patricia, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:-Prior to your arrival, we informed you that the hot tub was out of service for maintenance and that the deck furniture, while covered, could be used with the request to return it to its original state.-The grill was covered but it was fully accessible for use.-Unfortunately, the pool became unusable due to a malfunction discovered just before your stay. We tried to arrange a repair, but the nearest available technician was over five hours away and unavailable for more than two weeks.We understand how frustrating this was and regret the inconvenience you experienced. We're glad we could quickly provide a full refund. Your feedback is valuable as we continue to improve and help the homeowners deliver the 5-star experience they're known for. We hope to host you again soon!
