Beautiful and serene garden view
Enjoy all that Siesta Dunes has to offer while having all the comforts of home available in our condo. With easy, ground level access, this spacious Condo has a private patio and lanai for outdoor activities and dining, recreation or sunbathing. Gas grills are only a few steps away. The enclosed Lanai is furnished for casual dining or reading the morning paper while enjoying the beautiful Florida scenery. The unit has tile throughout. The living area has a new SmartTV with a fire stick to stream. The modernized kitchen has all new appliances and Zodiaq counter tops. The Guest bedroom has new furniture and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV, stereo, CD player, and VCR. Free Internet Wifi and cable is provided. The large deck by the beach is ideal for cooking, sunbathing or watching the sunset. The beach is only a short walk away. The complex has tennis courts, a heated salt water pool, hot tub, beach chairs and covered parking.
