Stunning modern ground floor apartment near the heart of Woden. A 2 min drive to Westfield and a short commute to Canberra Hospital or the city.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine and dryer.
It's a great place to stay while you're in Canberra
There is a shared solar heated swimming pool and bbq surrounded by leafy and shady gardens and seating benches.
Comes with dedicated underground parking spot with wheelchair friendly parking and access.
THE SPACE
The ground floor apartment has 1 bedroom with queen bed and plenty of wardrobe space. 1 bathroom with spacious shower, washing machine and dryer and lounge room with pull out sofa bed for 2 additional guests to sleep.
Fully equipped kitchen (stocked with essentials) with plenty of pantry space, cooking utensils , dishwasher, oven, microwave, jug, toaster and coffee machine with pods.
A nice large reverse cycle air-conditioner which keeps the apartment comfortable throughout the year. Free WiFi access and smart tv with subscriptions to streaming services so you can just sit down and relax straight into a movie or favourites series.
Comes with ironing board, iron, clothes airer and pods for washing machine and dishwasher.

Guests get full access to the apartment, underground parking, lifts, leafy gardens and bench seats, BBQ and solar heated pool
