This exceptional space, located in the heart of Montmartre,
was originally a painter's studio before becoming a charming flat.
On one side, the living room overlooks the pretty Montmartre façades.
On the other, the bedroom has an extremely unobstructed south-facing view.
The 55 m2 flat (592sqft) was completely refurbished in January 2024.
Very comfortable, it comprises a very bright bedroom with a double bed
(King size 180 x200 cm) with three windows, one of which overlooks the garden,
a bathroom with shower and separate heated toilet,
a large living room with sofa, armchairs, dining table and fully equipped open-plan kitchen
and two very large picture windows with views of small Montmartre buildings.
Across the street is a famous grocery shop.

Super charming apt with tasteful furnishings, upgraded appliances-first class! Even though the front faced a busy street, I had no prob’s sleeping in the bedroom, which was very quiet. I would be happy to return.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

I can’t say enough about how perfect this property is. The location is perfect and felt very safe. Every little detail from light fixtures to faucets seem intentionally chosen to be delightful. The owners were so gracious and hospitable, going above and beyond to make us feel as welcome as family. If I could move to Paris, that apartment is where I would want to live. You won’t be sorry you booked it!

This adorable apartment was in the best neighborhood of Montmartre - surprisingly quiet and very spacious! The king size bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed for cooking and nights in when we wanted to stay in and enjoy our neighborhood. A grocery store was conveniently located across the street. The host and hostess were very helpful and provided all we could want for. I would definitely come back the next time we are in Paris.
