Beach cottage in heart of Flinders

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located beach house. Walking distance to the shops, pub, pier, beach and golf club, it is a great location on a quiet side street. 4 bedrooms and a newly renovated kitchen it is the ideal beach holiday house. Spacious garden with lots of lawn for kids to play on and a separate outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. Internet and Foxtel included. Parking in the driveway and directly outside the property.

4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a single up top, Bedroom 3 is a bunkroom with 2 bunks (4 single beds in total) and Bedroom 4 is a small room with a single bed. 1 shared bathroom with separate toilet. New washing machine and drier in the laundry. Large dining table and TV area with lots of couches.

All amenities were more than adequate. Great location - we walked to all local venues (excl the golf club).Access instructions clear.Only one bathroom for 8 guests was a bit of a struggle but we got by.

January break

Ashley’s house was great for our group made up of adults, young adults and teens. Such a great location between the beach and the shops. A short stroll gets you most places.

Great location

Ashley’s house is clean, has all the essentials and is in a top location. We were a big extended family with young kids and it was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend.
