Anytime i reached out for something they took care of it right away. I will say the interactions we had with the housekeeping staff in the halls and elevators were not pleasent. They were rude and impatient. But overall our stay was amazing. The view and near by stores and restaurants was perfect.
Apartment was clean, location was good!Parking fees were a little expensive. Kitchen could use some salt/pepper/basic condiments, etc. Beds were a little too firm for our liking.
Our family of five truly enjoyed our stay here!! The location was wonderful and we loved the amenities in the building… The lounge on the seventh floor was absolutely amazing!! There was quite a bit of noise from the nearby train, and the beds also were loud and the pull-out bed could have been more comfortable, but we were overall very pleased with the accommodations and would definitely stay here again!
The property's location worked great for our team. There is a grocery store one block away. The property has a very nice fitness area. It was quiet and comfortable. We plan to stay here for future visits.
My family had the best time touring colleges because we had great accommodations. The place was so clean and when we arrived it was staged for us. We had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We were able to eat in "our place" and there was a cute cafe downstairs. It was a wonderful experience.
Thank you for allowing for a warm, relaxing time with All of our family. Your accomodations were beautiful. The place allowed our grandmother to join us this year. She is in a wheelchair....it great celebrating with her...
The apartment is spacious but is not luxury. Cheap utensils, weird spackle on the top of my bureau covering up i suppose some damage and off brand shampoo and conditioner. It is quiet and the lobby is nice.
Everything was lovely at Revel, only because Patrice was so accommodating, responsive and helpful during our stay. Less can be said for the billing department. We had to move units because of water coming up through the floors from a broken pipe. We waited most of the day to find out if they had another unit we could move to. They only had a ADA unit which wasn’t practical for us at all. Patrice had no say in anything, had to wait on billing dept. Decisions weren’t quick. Also, the communication with billing while trying to extend our stay wasn’t good at all. They couldn’t give us the same rate we had the prior two weeks, nor would they discount our extended stay from what we went through with the move. Billing said they would call me back after inquiring, they never did. Disappointing, we won’t rent from Global/Churchill again. Poor customer service.
We 4(two couples) ended up booking this place for two nights to attend a concert in DC. We ended up having a wonderful and memorable experience. The apartment was exceptionally nice and clean. Closer to a lot of things to do nearby. We drove from Pittsburgh and parking was not an issue at $40.00/ day. The area was really awesome and closer to Union station. There are a few coffee shops and other amenities which are at walking distance. The safety and ease of booking this place would make me rebook this place again.
We enjoyed our stay… the only issue we had was the new apartment code everyday. We understood it was for safety, but there isn’t internet service in the car garage.
It was a hassle at first when we were trying to access the building codes, which is why I took off one star for the check in process. Once we got in though, it’s everything we expected.
Place was clean, however the shower door was broken and the bed was not comfortable. The room was too warm and the AC did not work. Too noisy outside to open windows at night. Towels were poor quality and had holes in them. Had staff enter the room while we were in there watching tv without being called to the room. I would consider staying again, but service and room needs improvement.

The “actual “ property itself was wonderful! The staff, front desk outstanding. Global Luxury the “company “, not great. Trying to get information on anything was horrible. Contacted them that the TV in the bedroom was not working. Customer svc. stated they would send someone. No one came until 2 days after we were already home. Just not great communication.

Great Location
The property was great for our family. It was a wonderful building with a nice social room on the same floor.
The condo was clean and provided the basics. Unfortunately we had difficulty checking in as the directions were not thorough. We also had trouble getting in touch with the property manager. This was an issue as we didn’t have bedding for all bed upon arrival. After reaching out at least three times throughout the night, we received sheets the next afternoon.
So I would come back to the building but through a different property manager.

Very Nice Building Apartment Needs Work
The building was very nice, however the apartment had a horrible smell.the prior tenant smoke in the apartment and at times the smell was unbearable, especially in the sofa. We couldn’t use the sofa bed because of the smell. The beds in the room are very bad. They make sounds every time you move and are not comfortable. I wouldn’t stay in the property again. Or maybe I would with a different management company. It
I am upset as I was not able to stay nor have I received my full refund. I was unable to access entry due to all information being expired. I was told someone would get back with me on Monday which caused me to spend more money and stay in another hotel. I was informed that I could not use virtual cards after my booking again still have not be reimbursed.
The listing was for a double queen room and had been booked for with an infant. Only after the first night was the infant sleeping arrangement acknowledged but I had brought a travel crib with me just in case. The second bedroom was a twin, not a queen.General cleanliness was good, however, the light fittings above the kitchen island have a decent layer of dust on top. Wouldn't take a moment to clean. The main picking point is the floors: they look clean BUT after having a shower and walking around with wet feet through the bedroom, my feet were dirty again. Wiped a spill in another place and cloth was mucky from floor residue.Handy to have delivery services drop dinner at reception. Local shop two blocks over for groceries.Luggage store when we checked out and then roamed the city for the day.
