Fantastic apartment with everything you could need and a brilliant location close to the city. Very comfortable and better than expected. Would definitely stay here again.

OKAY

We were very disappointed when we arrived at the property, as the entrance to the property was blocked with orange tape and very non-helpful signage, that did not help in giving us an alternative way to enter the property. A map to indicate where the other door was or a phone number would have been helpful. A cockroach was found in the toilet, and a bit of dirt was found near the PowerPoint under the bed when using this PowerPoint. One of the lights in the lounge room was not working. Couldn't fit our bags in the 2nd bedroom. Couldn't open the windows.Cheers Anne

We’re currently working on improving signage and are reviewing how access instructions are communicated—your suggestion to include a clearer map and contact number is very helpful and will be implemented. We’ve also reported the maintenance issues to our team—this includes inspecting the non-working light, window functionality, and ensuring any cleanliness concerns such as cockroach sightings or dust under the bed are addressed. The cleaner has been coached accordingly. Regarding space in the second bedroom, we understand your concern and will look into how we present the room in our listing to better set expectations. We appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve for future guests.
