* Backyard with BBQ (refill of gas bottle is responsibility of guest who will be using)
* Driveway parking and plenty of street parking

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home except the garage (locked up) for the duration of their stay.
Other Things to Note:
- Garage is locked up and not available for guest use. Guests can park on the driveway and plenty of street parking available.
- BBQ gas bottle refill is up to the guest to replace if it runs out.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
