The property was ok, but no hand towels for the bathrooms, had to ask for toilet paper. And most places leave a pack of coffee for their guests, but if you’d like some you’d have to bring your own.

We stayed here because it was close to the Edmonton Expo Centre. Property was very clean inside, but missing some essentials like toilet paper and kitchen garbage bags; in addition, the hand soap dispensers were empty. We had to reach out to the owner multiple times in the days leading up to our stay by VRBO messaging, then by phone and text after check in at 4 pm the day of our arrival before we got a door code to be able to get inside the property. A contractor showed up early on the first morning of our stay without warning from the property owner, as well, so communication could be better.

Not cleaned.

We were in Edmonton for one night for a funeral and if we weren’t so emotional drained and checking out the next morning we would not have stayed. The walls were dirty and streaked, floors were not cleaned and covered in hair, bathrooms were dirty as well including toothpaste on the wall and showers that were obviously not cleaned from previous use. There were 5 of us and not enough towels for everyone and not a single face towel. The primary bedroom had noticeable pet hair covering the headboard, we also found pet hair throughout the townhouse. The bedrooms had also not been cleaned because there were numerous items under the primary bed including an apple, empty water bottle and a single sandal among other things. Sheets in the bunk bed were stained and the bunk bed itself need a good wipe down. The unit is fairly new and has good potential if it were actually cleaned.

SCAM, book with caution!

BOOK WITH CAUTION! On our check in day we hadn’t been provided any check in instructions so we called him at 3:45 only to be told that he had double booked the room and that we were going to be left homeless for the night. After an extremely RUDE and HOSTILE phone call where no accountability was taken on his part we were left to scramble and find a different place to sleep. We were on a tight time frame and his greed to double book the unit to try and get double payment had a negative impact on our trip. Thankfully VRBO refunded us but not the entire amount which WE HAD TO COVER and again when there was an opportunity for him to make it right he AGAIN chose NOT TO. AGAIN he wouldn’t take any accountability for his attempt to double book the unit. I wouldn’t book with this host and unfortunately this was my worst experience to date as someone who often uses short term rental platforms.

Super belle maison de ville! Très propre et beaucoup d’espace pour la superficie totale! La chambre des maître avec une salle de bain privée est super! Maison A1! Petit bémol sur le quartier qui semble problématique un peu plus loin (SDG). Proprio répond très rapidement et est disponible!
