Group restrictions No more guests permitted other than the adults at the property. All adult guests must be over the age of 25. No guests under 18 unless accompanied by parents.
House guests only, other guests are allowed to visit the property under any circumstances unless specific permission is given by East Coast Escapes.
A Security Deposit will be required. This is processed by Air B&B
Strict no party policy or excessive noise policy - fees and eviction will apply for security call-outs (in response to The Quiet Hotline security service)
No Bucks/Hens parties or 'Schoolie'/School leaver groups permitted.
No group bookings for adults that we deem under our discretion as unsuitable. If you are unsure you must request permission for your group as cancellations may apply

Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond, immediate termination and loss of all payments.
