Discover four beautifully furnished bedrooms, each offering different configurations to suit a variety of needs. Two spacious bathrooms stand ready to refresh and rejuvenate you after a day of exploration. Two convenient off-street parking spaces are also included, adding an additional touch of convenience to your stay.

The Byron Pavilion comes with an array of upscale amenities to enhance your stay. Stay cool with the air conditioning or enjoy the gentle breeze from the ceiling fans. We have a strict NO outside noise policy from 10pm - 8am weekends and 9pm weekdays.
No groups under 25 years of age.

Perfect Location

Excellent house for a larger group with a big living and kitchen area. Outside area is wonderful and feels like you are in a tropical paradise. Great Location with easy walking distance to the supermarket and city centre. Would stay again!

Awesome House for large group

Easter break/Bluesfest in Byron - this is a fantastic property for large group - plenty of space for everyone - never felt crowded. Nice open plan living, great pool and garden area, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen,easy access to town and beach. 2 fridges great for large group - would definitely stay again.

Great for families, beautiful house

The house was brilliant for a large group of friends with kids, several room combinations and loads of kitchen stuff for everything you could need. We had some great dinners around the large tables (indoors and out), a very lovely house I would recommend it and would stay there again. As another review mentioned, its about 15 mins walk to the beach but you can meander past all the shops and woolworths and bottle shop are right at the end of the road which is very convenient.

Delightful oasis great for a big group of friends

A delightful oasis about 10 mins walk from town centre/beach, beautifully presented, well furnished and with large outdoor and indoor seating/eating areas. Perfect for a big group of friends. The only downside is due to the room layout there are 3 bedrooms (potentially 6 people) sharing 1 bathroom in the main house. Would definitely return.

Beautiful and relaxing property

I stayed at the Byron Pavilion with a large group of girlfriends in early December and had a fantastic time. The property was in pristine condition and very clean. We loved how much space we had and the beds were very comfortable, we all had great sleeps. The backyard is like a mini paradise and the pool doesn't look as green as it does in the photos. Location was perfect, a short walk to Woolworths/liquor store and about a 5-10 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars. Hopefully I'll be able to stay here again one day - thank you!

Good getaway

Positives: Great big entertaining house. Nice outdoor area with lots of seating, pool and indoor living space. Well equipped. Main bedroom is very nice with ensuite. Very well located to Woolworths, 10-15 min walk to town/beach. Negatives: We were a group of 6 couples so downside was that 3 couples had to share 1 bathroom in the main house and 2 couples had to share in the outside house. Also, it was extremely hot weather while we were there. The fans were not effective enough to cope with the heat. Lastly, the hot water system runs on gas and unfortunately there were issues during our stay and we went without hot water for 24 hours until it got fixed. Also, there was no soap in the bathrooms so luckily woolworths is close by!

Fabulous Stay

It's better than all good

Always like a property that has lots of everything you need and this place does. Having stayed at a different place each year for the last 6 this one has been the best so far. Really easy access to shops and beach. A great place to hang out at. Massive kitchen and fridges means no need to go out to dine. Juliette was great to deal with. Super helpful.

Family celebration

The house was perfect for our parents Diamond wedding Anniversary, we managed to get all the family together from Sydney, UK and Queensland, plenty of parking for all our cars! Perfect for dinner round the table, plenty of room in the kitchen and spacious bedrooms, all clean and well equipped. Easy walking into town and beach. We would happily stay here again. Thank you
