Christmas in Eugene

Overall we really liked the property. We were very thankful there was a fenced in side yard as we brought our dog. The location is fantastic and close to our family that lives in Eugene. The house was welcoming, homey and roomy. We did have a couple of issues but they were handled quickly.

The home was nice and well stocked and in a nice tucked away neighborhood conveniently located , but a few things would have made it nicer . First, the backyard was full of other people’s dog poop and as soon as our kids got there they stepped in some. We at first had trouble with our code working and tried to call the number it listed but just kept getting AI and the local number didn’t work either . Towels all had bleach stains and need to be replaced . King bed had us rolling to the center . We paid 2,000 to stay there for the weekend so I had higher expectations .

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing this thoughtful feedback. We’re glad you found the home well stocked, nicely tucked away, and conveniently located, but we’re truly sorry about the backyard cleanliness, the access issue, and the condition of the towels and bed. We understand how disappointing that must have been, especially with kids, and we’re taking this seriously as we work to improve the overall experience.

Oregon Escape

Traveled to area to visit our daughter and fiancé, whom had moved there over the summer. It was our first visit to northwest region. We so enjoyed our stay, "the kids" stayed with us in your home. We thoroughly enjoyed each day. Especially our time around the fireplace. We will return. The home was beautiful, spacious, yet very cozy and charming! Thank you for hosting us!

Very nice home-could use some updates.

This home was very comfortable. The living room, dining room, and patio were outstanding! However, the bedrooms could have used some updates. Beds were not very comfortable and bedrooms were small, other than the master bedroom. Bathroom with double sink could use some updates as well, shower curtain liner was stained and tub/shower was not in the best shape. Lovely neighborhood though.
