Perfectly situated, Villa Panoramica is only a short drive from many of the island's most popular beaches, such as the white sands of Platja de Sant Joan and the crystal-clear waters of Punta Llarga, not to mention the exciting nightlife of Pollenca and central Alcudia. Beautiful gardens, a heliport, a 14-meter outdoor pool with views of the sea, a barbecue, tennis courts, spacious terraces and porches, and al fresco dining for ten are all located outside.

Additionally, there is a 12-meter swimming pool, a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, and contrast showers in the lower floor indoor SPA. To help with jet lag, there is also a floating tank. Three floors make up the layout of the house. The 100 m2 large living room with fireplace, office, TV room, separate dining room, and kitchen with service area are all located on the ground floor. The entrance is imposing and bright. Every suite-style bedroom has air conditioning, a private bathroom and some that open onto the garden.
