The Marquise sits conveniently on the side of Blackcomb Mountain for easy access to the Blackcomb Daylodge and main Blackcomb Gondola. The property also sits directly on the Blackcomb Benchlands Free Shuttle route, so guests can utilize this complimentary transportation service for access to Whistler Village.
The Marquise #403 is a nicely furnished and well cared for condominium with an open-plan layout just shy of 600 square feet. The property’s end-unit location enables additional floor to ceiling windows which provide ample natural light and makes it one of the brightest condos in the building. The spacious living area features a gas fireplace, small private balcony, mounted flatscreen television, ceiling fan and comfortable furniture including a Queen sized sofabed. The updated and fully equipped kitchen is well stocked and houses a full set of stainless appliances including a fridge/freezer, range, microwave and dishwasher. Dining seating consists of a two-person dining table within the living area and two bar style seats at the kitchen counter. The large bedroom features a King Sized bed, second mounted flatscreen T.V., plenty of closet and dresser space and even a desk which becomes a perfect work space for guests who need to tuck away and get a bit of work done while on holiday.
The Marquise #403 décor has a lot of natural wood including wood furniture and blinds throughout and is one of the few properties in the building which has a new Air Conditioning unit in both the bedroom and living area for those hot summer days. The Marquise on Blackcomb building also has some sought after common area amenities for guests including a games room, exercise and fitness room, outdoor pool and hot tub area and a common area laundry.
