The home is a Builder Product and has many interior upgrades. Porcelain tile throughout the home crown molding, chair rail, 10' wall heights with vaulted ceiling. This makes the home very spacious and
comfortable. There is one King, Master suite with Bath that has a large shower and a free-standing tub. Guest Queen Suite with bath and shower and additional Queen Bedroom with shared Bath. The home
also features an interior entrance and an elevator.

The kitchen has a large sit-down Island and is fully equipped with many extras. This is a Great room concept with a dining and living area and a 70” screen TV.

The Covered porch flows from the living area and has a great view of the Back Bay Waters. Great place
to enjoy morning coffee or Happy Hour Beverages.

Garage Parking is available as well as additional driveway parking.

The pool area has a large paver deck, heated pool, and spa with plenty of outdoor furniture. No additional charge for the pool heater.

There is a Weber Grill for those times you want to grill poolside. Beach towels, Beach chairs, a wagon, and a Cooler are available on-site. This is an exceptional home, beautifully decorated and furnished, Home sleeps six people. Truly a Sweet Home Carolina.
