Walk to the Beach!! This two story beauty is located inside Port A city limits, and has plenty of room for the whole family. Two bedrooms on the second floor; one with a King and one with a Queen size bed. The first floor has 2 bedrooms; one with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds (bunk-room). In the hallway on the first floor, there is an additional set of built in Ship Bunks. The custom twin Ship Bunks come equipped with USB charging stations. There is a NEW REMODELED & Heated community pool / hot tub, plus Palapas, BBQ, & Bar area for your use just steps away from your front door. This unit is equipped with a Whole Home WiFi wireless internet MESH network. There are also HD flat screen TV's in each of the bedrooms along with a large HD flat screen in the living room. All TV's have HD local channels, 50+ cable channels, each equipped with a ROKU streaming device. The kitchen is fully stocked & includes KEURIG as well as a standard coffee maker. No need to pack your beach gear. For your convenience you are given use of x2 bicycles, a new beach wagon, a canopy, beach chairs, and more buckets, shovels, and sand castle molds than you will be able to use. You have garage access as well as parking up to FOUR vehicles at the property. We also have a charcoal grill for your use. This home is just a short walk to the beach! Come and relax on "Island Time"!

Beautiful property and highly recommend to anyone. Slight issue with the dead bolt which was a minor issue but other than that, beautiful and fun stay! Thank you very much!

Loves the house. Only suggestion would be to leave more trash bags, dishwasher soap, and seasoning for your guests.

The house was nice. Although upon arrival went to lay in one of the beds and was cut due to glass shards being on the bed everywhere. Fridge didn’t cool food/drinks right away arrived at 2pm and stuff didn’t cool till the next morning. Shower pressure in upstairs bathroom was very low. All the bikes in garage weren’t usable due to rusty chains or low air in tires. We had to kill 3 roaches that were in the house.

The community pool and hot tub are clean and provide a nice getaway from the beach during peak sun hours.
