The Space:

Pine Tree Penthouse is a 2 level apartment that provides two expertly designed and executed levels of living.

The interiors are bathed in sunlight, beautifully styled and enjoy sublime ocean views over Terrigal Beach.

There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax offering a large lounge and dining room enhanced by wall-to-wall glass, natural outdoor flow on to north facing undercover, entertainers' terrace with a bbq perfect for meals and enjoying the view.

There is a Deluxe kitchen with everything you need, superior appliances and stone island bench.

The 3 large bedrooms are all on the upper level of the penthouse and comfortably sleep 6 guests in a King, Queen and 2 Singles that can be made into a King.

We offer the Master bedroom with a walk-in robe and private ensuite and a superb ocean outlook.

There is a second bathroom on the top floor and a guest w/c and laundry on the lower level.

Pine Tree Penthouse has 2 undercover secure car spaces and there is storage available should you need.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $250, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.

We loved this apartment, it was spectacular! It would be 5 except for a few issues. Appliance issues, no beach towels and wifi not powerful enough.

Fabulous location

The location is very central to Terrigal beach and restaurants. The unit is beautiful and comfortable. The only problem we had was that we paid for an ocean view however the glass was extremely dirty and therefore the view was not lively to look through the fog. I did contact the agent and was told it is strata’s responsibility to clean them. I understand this, however it wouldn’t be hard to get some hot soapy water and a squidgy and clean it before arrival. I actually looked to see if there was something I could clean it with myself as it annoyed me. If it were my property I would make sure this is included in the outgoing clean.
