Do you want privacy and security away from the roads and noise. This is the place. Wonderful views and places to walk. 1 mile from public transportation. Laundromat close by. Private driveway and seasonal pool. Gated property with electric gate. This studio also has a loft with another bed but low ceiling. Downstairs has a queen size bed with a tv and fast wifi. We have Amazon Prime and Youtube TV. Outside there is a private patio are to see the views and a bbq.
1/2 hour from La Jolla and beaches. Lake Cuyamaca and Julian 1 hours away. Hiking nearby

The location is quiet and the views can be nice, but there were several issues that made this stay unsuitable for a longer-term booking.The mattress was uncomfortable and would benefit from being replaced, which matters when staying for several weeks.The listing and house rules were also more restrictive than expected for a month-long stay. For example, overnight guests were not permitted, which was impractical given the length of the booking.Additionally, the advertised views were partially obstructed by vehicles parked directly in front of the unit for the duration of my stay.While the unit itself was clean, the overall experience felt overly controlled and not well suited for guests needing flexibility during an extended stay. I ended up leaving earlier than planned.This place may work for short stays, but I would not recommend it for longer-term accommodation without clearer expectations.
