The location is quiet and the views can be nice, but there were several issues that made this stay unsuitable for a longer-term booking.The mattress was uncomfortable and would benefit from being replaced, which matters when staying for several weeks.The listing and house rules were also more restrictive than expected for a month-long stay. For example, overnight guests were not permitted, which was impractical given the length of the booking.Additionally, the advertised views were partially obstructed by vehicles parked directly in front of the unit for the duration of my stay.While the unit itself was clean, the overall experience felt overly controlled and not well suited for guests needing flexibility during an extended stay. I ended up leaving earlier than planned.This place may work for short stays, but I would not recommend it for longer-term accommodation without clearer expectations.
