There seemed to be confusion over the role of VRBO and the Property Manager (PM). I had to call the PM to get the lockbox code, receive instructions on the wifi and TV. There were no written instructions in the home or on the app. The PM was available on the phone. Some basics were missing: wine glasses, dish cloths, tea towels. Cutlery was not plentiful and lacked quality. Walls need to be painted, repaired in places and carpets cleaned. There was a locked door to the garage in the front hallway. When I opened the door, it was boarded over with 2x4s due to no steps. It was about a six foot drop. This could have been dangerous for a curious child. Once improvements are made to this home, it will be rated higher.
