A lovely fully equipped kitchen with large island provides the perfect space to prepare your meals. Dine in the elegant, adjoining dining room with a well appointed butlers pantry and convenient coffee station. The spacious great room provides the perfect place to catch a movie or so some gaming on the large 70” Smart TV. A comfy sectional and convenient built-in storage closets complete the space. If working from home during your stay is a must, the spacious, well equipped office/den, with excellent high speed internet, will keep you well connected and offer a stylish place to work. Just a quick 10 minute stroll to Napanee Conservation Park, a picturesque waterfront park with tall willow trees and room to roam. The park offers a splash pad and park for kids to keep them entertained on a warm summer day.

Splendid extended summer stay in this charming home. All the essentials are provided which allowed us to share our time here with family and friends. Access to the river for paddle boarding or swimming, chairs on the lawn to enjoy the sunset, a fire table to warm around in the cooler evenings. Our first trip to Napanee and surrounding area. Beautiful place!

The house is historic, but recently completely redone. Every room was lovely! The covered patio was a great place to sit and visit while looking at the view of the river. The young kids enjoyed playing in the water, and being in the pedal boat with their parents. The house is very well supplied with necessities and beyond. And Erica and John were wonderful hosts. Any time we had a question, they answered very quickly. There is a wonderful playground and splash pad close to the house. The kids enjoyed that very much. Restaurants and a grocery store are only a short drive away in the quiet town of Napanee.

We love the Napanee area and have been visiting the area for 6 plus years each summer. The quaintness of the town and the friendliness of the locals prompted us to purchase and lovingly restore this timeless century home. We are excited to share this gem with those travelling from afar and are confident you will be enchanted with our property and the area.

Why they chose this property

Napanee is a quaint town situated close to the Prince Edward County and all of its wineries. We love taking the ferry across to PEC ( ~20 min drive) and doing a wine tour or cycling across the county on our e-bikes. Our property is steps to a lovely waterfront park in Napanee where we like to walk our dog and take in the free summer concerts on the weekend. Napanee has quite a few great restaurants and eateries for such a small town. Both Santorini’s and the Waterfront Cafe offer excellent outdoor dining which we frequent often. The Napanee River and adjoining Hay Bay Area are also great for boating and fishing.

Gorgeous riverfront views from this beautifully restored century estate. The property is located along the countryside yet steps away from the quaint town of Napanee and its amenities.
