This is a residential area, so we kindly ask you to respect the surrounding neighbours and keep the noise level to a minimum after 10 pm. If we receive an official noise complaint, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.

✪ No Music Outdoors
As our house is nestled in a friendly neighborhood with neighboring properties, we kindly request that you refrain from playing music, amplifiers, or subwoofers in the front or back outdoor areas of the house. Let’s ensure a peaceful and harmonious environment for everyone.

✪ No Parties/Events
Unauthorised parties, events & gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund
Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbours.

✪ No Smoking Inside
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in additional fees for odour removal.

✪ Sofabed will be available where there is 8+ guests or agreed in your booking.
