The house was beautiful and in a great location for our events. It was close to the water, parks and resteraunts. It was a large house and plenty of room to spread out. I would stay here again.

The location of the house was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was amazing! We could walk to the Hercules Waterfront, as well as to several amazing restaurants in the neighborhood. It was a short drive to Berkeley and San Francisco and everything else we had planned. The house was perfect with 3 upstairs bedrooms and a downstairs primary bedroom. The patio was perfect and we were amazed at all the plants and fruit trees growing. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic house & hosts

Great location for day trips to San Francisco & Napa wineries. House was very comfortable & roomy. Nice front porch swing to enjoy morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Walking trails nearby.

Amazing spot! The house was so beautiful and spacious, very comfortable beds, good amenities, only a few minutes walk to the near by Bay trails which is so peaceful and pleasant to walk on anytime of the day, also felt private even though there’s neighbors close by.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! Check in was easy. There was enough space for our family and extended family that came from all parts. Everything was clean and they even provided some snacks! We also felt safe. It was a bonus to be able to walk down to the beach and walk along the Bay as well! The host was very accommodating and responsive to our questions! Would stay again if up in the Bay area.

It was very good place we would like to stay there again . The decoration was very good . We liked the sunset there too much . the manager was too easy to contact . It was such a nice place . The house was nice with plenty of room. Parking was not great. Cabinets and some doors locked so we did not find big trash bin and felt uncomfortable leaving trash bag. Not enough chairs outside to sit. Jacuzzi did not work. Overall the house did work for us but I think they left some information out on website.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- In addition to street parking, we have one dedicated spot on the driveway behind the house as noted in the listing, but we will look to see if we can make it more clear.- We keep some cabinets locked to help reduce clutter, but there’s still plenty of storage available for our guests. The trash disposal instructions are on the kitchen bin, we’ll work on making that easier to spot.- We recently added a new deck and pavilion. While our full outdoor furniture set is still in transit due to international shipping delays, we’ve provided a small table, chairs, and a wooden bench in the meantime.- We’re sorry to hear the Jacuzzi wasn’t working during your stay. This is the first we’ve heard of any issues, and we’re having it checked and repaired right away.Thanks again for helping us improve. We'd love to host you again in the future!

1.The host was nowhere to be found during our stay. The identified contact person did not reply to either of my calls.2. The light at the front door strobed 24 hours every day. No switch could be in found to turn it off. This condition can be dangerous for people with migraines and other conditions. The light should be replaced.3. It would be helpful if site information identified where garbage and recycling cans are stored.4. The only closet in the master bedroom is locked The result is no place to hang up clothing in the room.5. The VRBO site description does not state the owners do not want renters to flush toilet paper. I contacted the owner about this,as suggested on the VRBO site, because previous renters had commented about this. I received no reply from the owner. So the renter enters the house and finds placards in the bathrooms saying no flushing of toilet paper or any other paper product. If the owners insist that TP cannot be flushed, the owners need to state this is the case on the VRBO listing.6. We rented the house for 5 days. The owner provided us with ONE dishwasher tablet, and the renter is informed to turn on the dishwasher when checking out. Eight people lived at the house for this 5 day period. The owner should be providing enough tablets so that the renters can wash the dishes while occupying the house. One tablet is not enough.7. The VRBO listing says the house can host 9. Dishware is not enough for 9.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand-new luxury bay view vacation home, and it was an incredible experience. Located in the picturesque seaside town of Hercules, just outside San Francisco, this home provides the ideal setting for a relaxing and memorable getaway.Check in was easy. There was enough space for our family and extended family that came from all parts. Everything was clean. We also felt safe. It was a bonus to be able to walk down to the beach and walk along the Bay as well! The host was very accommodating and responsive to our questions.Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a convenient base for exploring the San Francisco Bay Area, this home is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it to anyone in need of a memorable escape.

Nice big house with great big areas to relax as a group…but

The place had nice kitchen, enough rooms for our big group, nice open floor plan, nice terrace with pergola and beautiful garden, it’s in a very nice neighborhood with Safeway and Trader Joe’s nearby and overall we had a nice stay. But I don’t think this was disclosed up front and everyone in my party (friends and family) had a bit of trouble with the “golden rule” of the house, which was toilet paper could not be flushed down the toilet. This (putting used toilet paper into trash can in each bathroom) was something that impacted everyone in the group in a way that made the place less than perfect. Not sure if the plumbing needs to be improved for the house or if everyone in this development has issues with sewer system. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Beautiful Home

It was a beautiful home. Host was good to work with us. When we got their no internet. Host came and fixed it. There was no hot water in master shower. Host said she would leave a description on how to work the shower. The one bathroom toilet leaked. The one issue we had was you could not flush toilet paper, that was a big issue with having people with digestion issues. There was only 1½tools of toilet paper for 8 people between 3 bathrooms to use. Host was able to get more for us. Beautiful patio just wish their was more than 2 chairs or there for us to enjoy.
