Other things to note
A. Please note we have strict house rules, NO PARTIES/EVENTS are allowed in the premises. We are in peaceful residential areas. Please keep quiet after 9:00 pm to respect our beautiful neighbourhood. If you like to chat after 9 pm please move inside and close doors and windows. Security camera is located outside on terrace for controlling unexpected events or party. Thank you.

B. Outdoor Swimming Pools is not heated and can be used only between 8 am-9 pm. During your stay, swimming pool may not able use during maintenance or service time.
Adults MUST supervise kids at all times. The swimming pool is located outdoor and surrounded by trees. We can only ensure the quality of the pool water with professional pool service done regularly. But tree leaves and debris could fallen in everyday which is out of our control. Leave May need to be taken off by yourself before used it. Leaves tuck net provided.

C. Garbage must separated according our council bin collection request, please no plastic bag inside yellow, green and blue bin. We will charge $150-$300 for in case need separate garage for you. Thank you
This house use hot water tank, 160 litres, once the hot water run out, it will take few hours to reheat.
We use strict cancellation policy, not able to change date or issue extra refund for a confirmed booking. Travel insurance is recommended for you to cover your plan change, personal reasons to not able to use this accommodation.
