Located in The Ocean View Beach Club, one of Bethany's newest resort communities, less than 2 miles only minutes from the sand, sun, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. A fantastic place to launch your family's beach adventures, this amazing luxury townhome features 4 bedrooms plus loft-den area and 2 full baths plus 1 half. First floor has a spacious open floor concept with master bedroom suite and loaded kitchen including granite counters and stainless appliances. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and oversized loft with a large flat screen TV. Relax on the back yard patio. Family friendly with bikes, board games, lacrosse, badminton and more! Amenities include central air conditioning, laundry room with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas grill, 5 TVs and WiFi. Easy 5-minute stroll from the resort style community Club house to enjoy a relaxing afternoon out on the expansive sundeck by the outdoor pool or a game of basketball or pickleball with friends and family. Recharge at the health club-style fitness center including sauna, massage, a steam room and more! Recreation fee of $38. Per person/ week for community amenities.
