Century One-Spacious 2 Bedroom Ocean Front with Indoor Pool!

Gorgeous split-level with incredible ocean and bay views! This fantastic property provides an entry level private primary suite complete with bayside balcony and full walk-in shower bathroom. Head upstairs for a spectacular ocean view from the spacious main living area or experience all the beachfront sights and sounds from the huge private balcony. Enjoy gathering for meals prepared in the beautifully updated kitchen. The 2nd bedroom boasts a floor to ceiling window view of the Assawoman Bay with an additional full tub shower bathroom located just outside the bedroom door. The Century I building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Amazing view, right in the beach, condo is beautiful. Check in was problematic, they had a new employee close out and failed to email us instructions or leave the keys in the box. Manager arrived after two phone calls to office and about 30 minutes. Other than that everything was great

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were able to immediately feel at home. The condo was perfectly furnished and provided all the amenities to allow for a stress free stay, only having to focus on our fun in the sun! Our only complaint would be the lack of easy access to the beach, having to utilize a service elevator and still navigate stairs with beach gear.

Nice place - but…

We have stayed at this location many times but this apartment was the nicest so far. Newly renovated, with some design flaws and needs new kitchen accessories. Cannot open drawer in the bathroom because it hits the moulding. Can’t open the fridge and trash can drawer at the same time. Upstairs bedroom closet is barely accessible due to the size of the bunk beds. But those were not a big deal. However, for the price we paid for cleaning services, we were disappointed to find sand in the door frame of the dryer, in the couch and on the floor the moment we arrived. The coffee pot was filthy and had to be scrubbed before we could use it. The kitchen accessories need an upgrade - coffee pot didn’t keep coffee hot, all pots and pans are old with scratches and only had one coffee cup. We needed to go buy a frying pan so we could make breakfast. Disappointed too that we could not get access to a locker. Every time we stayed here we paid 25 for the week. Heard various stories why lockers weren’t available. The best being despite having tons of lockers available they couldn’t find the keys.
